HOUSTON — The 2024 Houston Texans schedule will be released on Wednesday, May 15.
We already know the 17 opponents Houston will face next year, but it's unclear when the games will be played. The Texans will have eight home games and nine on the road.

It's unclear how many primetime games Houston will get after a surprising run to the 2023 AFC Divisional Round of the playoffs. Houston ended up losing to the Ravens after beating the Cleveland Browns in the AFC Wild Card Round.

The team recently revealed new uniforms that will be worn during the upcoming season.
Houston also made multiple moves to bolster its roster, including signing free agent defensive lineman Danielle Hunter and trading the Bills for receiver Stefon Diggs.

The Texans also made several selections in the NFL Draft, including taking Georgia cornerback Kamari Lassiter and Notre Dame offensive lineman Blake Fisher in the second round. Houston ended up drafting seven other players before the draft was finished.
Second-year receiver Tank Dell, who was injured and missed the remainder of the season after playing in 11 games his rookie year, was shot at a party in Florida. He's expected to make a full recovery.
Houston's first two draft picks in 2023, quarterback C.J. Stroud (2nd overall) and defensive end Will Anderson Jr. (3rd overall), both won rookie of the year honors in their rookie seasons.
