PEARLAND, Texas – Houston Texan J.J. Watt has made his debut on the silver screen in the movie “Bad Moms.”
This is the movie’s opening weekend, so we’re tackling the reviews from some of the famous football player’s fans at the Studio Movie Grill in Pearland.
“He was really cute!” said Jennifer Wessles.
“He was hot!” said Marisa Hartley.
Moviegoers also weighed in on Watt’s performance in the film.
“He is a coach of a girls soccer team. And he has lots of cats,” said Mary Rawlinson. “He was great, his role was hysterical!”
“He had a funny role. He’s definitely a football player, not an actor. No, he was good, he was funny,” joked Jenny Paynic.
The Pearland critics said dads will like the movie, too.
“Even husbands would enjoy it. Mine will probably want to see it too,” said Paynic.
So what’s the final score for Houston favorite player and his new movie?
“Out of 10? I’d give it a 10,” said Hartley.
Studio Movie Grill is offering a promotion at all locations for ladies going to see “Bad Moms” through the run of the movie. Packages start at $30 per guest for a movie ticket, dinner, half an appetizer or dessert, glass of wine of specialty cocktail, and a “Bad Moms” wine glass.
