After final cuts, these are the 53 players who will start the season with the Houston Texans

The deadline was Tuesday and cuts were made.

HOUSTON — Tuesday was the day the Houston Texans and the rest of the teams in the NFL had to trim their rosters to 53 players.

With a post to social media, the Texans announced the players who made the cut and will be on the team to start the season against the Indianapolis Colts. That opener can be seen on KHOU 11 Sunday, Sept. 8 at noon.
