The Houston Texans 2024 season schedule dates and times are out!

The Texans get four primetime games, including one against the Cowboys.

HOUSTON — The Houston Texans 2024 is out and the nation will get to see a whole lot of the boys in battle read and deep-steel blue, with four primetime matchups and six that will play to a national TV audience. The nine games bolded below can be seen live on KHOU 11!

  • Week 1: Houston at Indianapolis, Sunday, Sept. 8 at noon
  • Week 2 Chicago at Houston, Sunday, Sept. 15 at 7:20 p.m.
  • Week 3: Houston at Minnesota, Sunday, Sept. 22 at noon
  • Week 4: Jacksonville at Houston, Sunday, Sept. 29 at noon
  • Week 5: Buffalo at Houston, Sunday, Oct. 6 at noon  (Debuting H-Town uniforms)
  • Week 6: Houston at New England, Sunday, Oct. 13 at noon
  • Week 7: Houston at Green Bay, Sunday, Oct. 20 at noon
  • Week 8: Indianapolis at Houston, Sunday, Oct. 27 at noon
  • Week 9: Houston at NY Jets, Thursday, Oct. 31 at 7:15 p.m.
  • Week 10: Detroit at Houston, Sunday, Nov. 10 at 7:20 p.m.
  • Week 11: Houston at Dallas, Monday, Nov. 18 at 7:15 p.m.
  • Week 12: Tennessee vs. Houston, Sunday, Nov. 24 at noon
  • Week 13: Houston at Jacksonville, Sunday, Dec. 1 at noon

Busy offseason for Texans

It's been a busy offseason for the team.

The team recently revealed new uniforms that will be worn during the upcoming season.

Houston also made multiple moves to bolster its roster, including signing free agent defensive lineman Danielle Hunter and trading the Bills for receiver Stefon Diggs.

The Texans also made several selections in the NFL Draft, including taking Georgia cornerback Kamari Lassiter and Notre Dame offensive lineman Blake Fisher in the second round. Houston ended up drafting seven other players before the draft was finished.

Second-year receiver Tank Dell, who was injured and missed the remainder of the season after playing in 11 games his rookie year, was shot at a party in Florida. He's expected to make a full recovery.

Houston's first two draft picks in 2023, quarterback C.J. Stroud (2nd overall) and defensive end Will Anderson Jr. (3rd overall), both won rookie of the year honors in their rookie seasons.
