Kyle Allen is attempting to find a more permanent situation as a quarterback in the NFL.
After bouncing from Texas A&M to the University of Houston in college, the early entrant to the 2018 NFL Draft is hoping for some NFL team to give him a shot.
Allen worked out for the Houston Texans at their local prospect day on Saturday, per numerous sources. The 6-3 slinger started out with a bang for the Aggies but faded, and his Cougars career lasted just six games before the coaching staff pulled the plug.
The Arizona native seems unlikely to be drafted but does have enough positive traits and potential upside to stick as a priority free agent. His accurate arm is his best asset.
