HOUSTON - There are a few new menu items coming to Minute Maid Park this week as the Astros take on the Red Sox at home in the ALCS.
The 'Stros and the Sox are tied 1-1 in the American League Championship Series and will go head to head this afternoon at the juice box. Game time is 4 p.m.
The team has partnered with Aramark and will introduce two new dishes, new beer menu items and classic cocktails to fans at the park this week.
Check out the new items below:
1. Loaded Texas BBQ Stack -- Jalapeno cheese cornbread stacked with four cheese mac in cheese, protein of choice (brisket or pulled pork), baked beans, jalapeno coleslaw, pickled red onions, green onions, and a drizzle of Hot BBQ Sauce.
2. Texas Totchos – Crispy tater tots topped with chopped brisket, jalapeno bacon, smoked gouda and fontina beer cheese, pickled red onions, green onions, and fresh jalapenos.
3. The beer menu has been expanded to include seasonal brews: Saint Arnold’s Oktoberfest and Karbach’s Karbachtoberfest
4. Sip & Soar Airline Cocktail Carts will rove the concourse serving up classic mixed drinks to fans.
