Texans name new offensive coordinator

HOUSTON — On Tuesday, the Houston Texans announced changes to their coaching staff, including their new offensive coordinator.

Tim Kelly has been promoted to Offensive Coordinator after serving as a tight ends coach and an offensive quality control coach.
