A video published to YouTube on Jan. 7 shows how proper training can have a pack of pit bulls honoring the commands of anyone, even a little girl.
On the video of the 4-year-old girl, believed to be named Taisley, you can hear the adult behind the cell phone recording offering words of encouragement and tips for the girl setting up the dogs' feeding time.
The intent behind the video, as heard near the end of the recording, is to dispel assumptions about large numbers of pit bull dogs living and eating together, to show it can happen peacefully with normal obedience training.
"Six male pit bulls. People say it can never be done. That was a four-year-old that was able to tell them what to do and when to do it," the woman says at the end of the video.
"Love your pit bulls."
