HOUSTON — As Election Day nears, many voters are asking whether they're allowed to bring a sample ballot to the poll.
The answer is yes, according to the U.S. government. But in Texas, voters are not allowed to use cell phones or any wireless communication device while going to vote, so you'll need to bring a paper copy if you want to do so.

Election Day is November 5. Early voting in Texas runs from Monday, October 21, to Friday, November 1.
