HOUSTON -- A cowboy who participated in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo was behind bars Wednesday.
Officers arrested star roper Blair Burk Tuesday night.
Police said he was at the Hideout Bar at Reliant Park when he resisted arrest.
Burk competed on Saturday night, but he didn t make it into the semi-finals.
