BRENHAM – Brenham police are hoping a witness will come forward with information about last month's murder of a Blinn College student.
Twenty-year-old Trey Alan Kurtz of Houston was found shot to death on October 30th on a Brenham street.
Friends say the freshman was on his way to a party.
No arrests have been made and police are pleading for the public's help.
"We have reason to know the suspect who actually pulled the trigger was not alone, said Police Chief Rex Phelps. "If there was an innocent witness traveling with the suspect this will be their chance to show good faith and come forward with the needed information."
Investigators have asked anyone with information about the case to contact police in Brenham at 979-337-7272.
