COLLEGE STATION, Texas A College Station man was busted trying to steal a Jesus is my BFF t-shirt from Walmart this week, according to police.
Payton Pritchard, 22, was wearing an FBI t-shirt when Walmart store loss prevention officers first spotted him on Monday.
They told police that Pritchard put the Jesus shirt, a pair of headphones, a bag of chips and some hot dog buns in a Walmart shopping bag.
They say he tried to walk out of the store on Brothers Blvd. without paying.
Pritchard was arrested and charged with theft.
He was released from the Brazos County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
