LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles police say actress Chanel Banks, best known for her roles in "Gossip Girl" and "Blue Bloods," has been found safe in Texas, but her family says the woman they saw in a police body cam video is not her.

Banks was reported missing on Nov. 8 and was located on Nov. 11 in Texas, according to LAPD

Police said they closed the case, saying there was no foul play and no crime suspected. Banks' family says otherwise.

Danielle-Tori Singh, Banks' cousin, blasted TMZ for reporting that the woman had been found. Singh said she's seen the bodycam footage from Texas and said the woman in it was not Banks.

She claimed police believed the woman to be Banks because she had Banks' New York driver's license, which she said is 10 years old and expired.

Banks' mother, Judy Singh, flew from New York to L.A. to help with the search.

Meanwhile, Banks' family said her husband, Carlos Jimenez, has been uncooperative. It's been reported that he's told them that she was upset with them.
