HARRIS COUNTY, Texas -- Deputies west of Jersey Village said a driver was killed when he crashed his Ford Mustang into a utility pole.
The crash happened shortly after 2 a.m. Friday on Yorktown Crossing at Kings Briar.
Deputies said the driver was traveling northbound when he left the roadway for unknown reasons. The driver's side door struck the utility pole, and the driver was pronounce dead at the scene.
There were no passengers in the car.
