HOUSTON A man was arrested after a brother and sister died in a multi-vehicle wreck in northwest on Saturday.
Barry Andrews, 55, was charged with two counts of intoxicated manslaughter.
Authorities said Andrews was driving a pickup truck when he caused a five-car pile-up on Beltway 8 near Veterans Memorial around 11:30 p.m.
Two people, Erica Montez, 27, and Nick Montez, 24, were killed.
Several other people were transported to the hospital, but their conditions were unknown.
