HOUSTON — Turkey Leg Hut co-owner Lyndell 'Lynn' Price must pay his former business partner Steve Rogers nearly a million dollars, a court ruled.
The $900,000 judgement comes at the end of a lawsuit that Rogers filed more than a year ago. In that suit, Rogers claimed that the restaurant's other co-owners defaulted on an agreement that involved paying him $1.5 million worth of shares. They only paid $600,000 before the payments stopped, according to the lawsuit.
Now, a judge has ruled that Price must pay Rogers the remaining $900,000.
