HOUSTON — The KHOU 11 weather team is tracking a tropical disturbance in the Western Caribbean.
The National Hurricane Center gives it a 20% chance for slow development into a tropical depression or tropical storm over the next five days.
“This is related to the remnant energy from what was Kirk,” said KHOU 11 Meteorologist Brooks Garner. “It’s too soon to say where it may go.”
