The National Weather service has confirmed that a tornado touched down in Uvalde County late Tuesday night.
NWS tweeted just after midnight Wednesday that 'tornado debris signature' was reported north of Cline in western Uvalde County.

Kinney and surrounding areas were placed on a tornado warning after an intense line of storms struck the area around 11:30 p.m. That warning expired at 12:15 a.m.
According to NWS, the tornado touched down sometime between 11:50 p.m. and 11:57 p.m. Tuesday.
It was not immediately clear how much damage the tornado caused or if any injuries were associated with it.
