BROOKS COUNTY, Texas — A deputy's dash cam video showing a wild traffic stop in south Texas is going viral.
The video shows more than 15 people climbing out of a pickup truck and running away as police tried to stop the driver in Brooks County.
According to the Brooks County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford F-250 that came back stolen.
After a brief pursuit, more than 15 people were seen bailing out of the vehicle.
Some were even hiding underneath a wood board in the bed of the truck.
There's no word on if any of the people were caught.
A Brooks County dispatcher told the Houston Chronicle she believes the video was actually taken in 2016 and that it was posted to help fill some job openings.
The sheriff's office shared the video on Facebook on Friday where it has more than 9 million views.
