SUGAR LAND, Texas — A crash involving an overturned truck and a hazmat spill has been cleared after slowing traffic on the Southwest Freeway in the Sugar Land area, according to Houston Transtar.
This happened at about 10:23 a.m. in the northbound lanes but it was slowing traffic in both directions because the truck's load of asphalt spilled into the southbound lanes.
The crash was cleared just after 1 p.m.
