SUGAR LAND, Texas -- A Sugar Land high school football team is celebrating an award recognizing their sportsmanship.
The Dulles Vikings High School football team was named Sportsmanship Team of the Year in the 5A Division by the Touchdown Club of Houston, according to the Houston Chronicle.
The teams were judged on their sportsmanlike actions.
Coach Jim Creech says he was shocked because he s known for being tough on referees.
