HOUSTON – Rain from Tropical Storm Bill continues to cause cancellations and delays at both Houston Airports.
Nearly 200 flights at Bush IAH have been cancelled Wednesday, along with 11 at Hobby.
IAH, also reports significant delays for arrivals and moderate delays for departures.
