Missouri City police are looking for 70-year-old Nils Stanley Watts, who officials say has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.

MISSOURI CITY, Texas — Missouri City police are looking for 70-year-old Nils Stanley Watts, who officials say has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.

Watts was last seen on Willow Wisp Drive off of Buffalo Run in Missouri City around 3 p.m. on Friday. He was wearing a long-sleeved white shirt with dark gray joggers and black house shoes.

Officials described Watts as being around 5 feet 9 inches tall and 140 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
