Maintenance worker falls from roof at Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands

The worker was taken to the emergency room. At this point, we don't know his condition.

The worker fell from one roof to another roof with limited access. At the time of this posting, the worker's condition was unknown.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — A maintenance worker was taken to the emergency room after falling from a roof at Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands.

It happened at around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. According to The Woodlands Fire Department, the worker fell around 20 feet from one roof to a lower roof that had limited access.

Firefighters used a ladder truck, several ground ladders and rigging systems to lift the maintenance worker up to the original roof that he had fallen from, then lowered him to the ground where he was taken to the ER for treatment.

At this point, we don’t know the worker’s condition or the circumstances around his fall.  

At 3:30 this afternoon TWFD and Montgomery County Hospital District were dispatched to a fall on the roof of Hermann...
