HOUSTON — A child was taken to an area hospital Saturday morning after being ejected from a car in a multi-vehicle crash on the North Freeway, according to the Houston Police Department. At this point, we don't have word on the child's age or condition.
Houston TranStar verified the crash at 5:47 a.m. The freeway's northbound lanes were completely shut down for hours at Parker Road after the crash. It was reported cleared at 8:52 a.m.
No word yet on what caused the crash or if there were any other injuries.
