Schools closed
Cleveland ISD will be closed on Friday, May 3.
Corrigan-Camden ISD will be closed on Thursday, May 2.
Coldspring-Oakhurst CISD will be closed on Thursday, May 2.
Faith Lutheran School in Huntsville, Texas is closed today due to flooding.
Goodrich ISD will be closed on Thursday, May 2 due to the continued evacuation order in the area.
Huntsville ISD will be closed on Thursday, May 2.

Sam Houston State Univesity in Huntsville and TWC are closed on Thursday, May 2. SHSU-COM will remain open at this time.
Activities canceled
Crosby ISD is canceling all after-school activities for Thursday.
Galena Park ISD is canceling all after-school activities, events, meetings and night school on Thursday, May 2, due to the weather.
Waller ISD has canceled all after-school activities for Thursday, May 2. Dismissal will be as usual.
Delayed
Dayton ISD will delay the start of school for two hours on Thursday.
Lone Star College-Montgomery and Conroe Center will delay opening until 10 a.m. Thursday.

Cleveland ISD will be open Thursday after being closed Wednesday.
STAAR testing deadline extended for districts closed due to flooding
TEA is allowing school systems unable to complete STAAR mathematics testing due to school closures from flooding this week to complete testing next week. All STAAR grades 3–8 mathematics and algebra I assessments for these LEAs must be completed by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 9.
