HOUSTON — A baby was found not breathing in north Harris County Thursday. Investigators said no foul play is suspected and a man who was detained has been released.
It happened an apartment complex in north along Ella Boulevard near Kuykendahl. According to Precinct 4, the baby was taken to the hospital in critical condition by EMS crews.
At this point, we don’t know the circumstances that led to the baby’s condition.
An investigation is underway.
