HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — The Harris County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a 17-year-old was hit and killed during a crash while riding his motorcycle on Wednesday night.
The sheriff’s office identified the victim as Caleb Hill. This happened just before 10 p.m. on FM 1960 near Woodland Hills Drive.
Deputies said Hill was traveling down the road when a green 2003 Ford Expedition made a left turn at the same time colliding at the intersection.
Hill was thrown from his motorcycle during the crash and then hit by a second unknown vehicle, deputies said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the sheriff's office, the driver of the car stayed at the scene and didn't show signs of intoxication. No other details on the second vehicle were given by deputies.
Deputies said they were not sure which vehicle had a green light at the intersection.
