HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A grass fire near Willowbrook Mall has been contained Sunday night, according to the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office.
No injuries were reported but the fire did threaten a nearby hotel, which was evacuated. HCFMO said the hotel only sustained minor damage.
The fire was limited to four and a half acres. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
