DEER PARK, Texas — If you've been trying to get ahold of anyone at the City of Deer Park this week, you've probably had trouble and were unsuccessful.
That's because the City said its phone system has been down for two days. Officials first mentioned the system outage on Monday.
On Wednesday morning, the City said residents should use the "Report a Concern" module on the City's website to get in touch with them about any problems.
City officials didn't explain the cause of the outage or how long it would be until it was fixed.
