HOUSTON — Traffic flow headed to Bush Intercontinental Airport terminals returned to normal Saturday afternoon after a protest on JFK Boulevard.
Cars covered with flags and messages for Palestine slowed down traffic at about 2 p.m. Saturday. Travelers were encouraged to use Will Clayton Parkway as an alternate route.
The Houston Police Department was on-site to monitor the protest. A KHOU 11 photographer who was on scene saw police handing out tickets to people blocking traffic.
