MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - More than 200 cats were seized Wednesday from unsanitary conditions in Montgomery County.
Officials with Houston SPCA and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office took in 230 cats they say were living in overcrowded conditions and suffering severe upper respiratory infections. They say the cats were also in various stages of undernourishment.
