Who let the bulls out?
Two bulls were captured by police Friday shortly after they escaped from a Baltimore slaughterhouse, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
The freedom-hungry bulls weren't the first to successfully escape from a slaughterhouse, according to Baltimore police spokeswoman Niki Fennoy.
“When they are trying to get the bulls inside of the slaughterhouse from the truck sometimes they hop the fence," she said.
The two bulls made their way a block or so from the slaughterhouse, to eat a last meal of sorts.
"They were just hanging out in an open lot eating grass," Fennoy said.
Police and slaughterhouse workers confined the bulls to the area.
On Twitter, local news stations and Baltimore residents shared updates on the great escape and a few clever nicknames for the bulls.
Only in Baltimore would bulls be on the loose 😂💀
