The Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) will provide FREE spaying and neutering and rabies vaccinations (only for dogs and cats being spayed or neutered through our program) for animals belonging to qualifying dog and cat guardians.
This free service is provided for those who are on one of the following: Food Stamps, TANF, WIC, Medicaid, , SSI/SSD, Major VA Disability, HUD Housing, CHIP, free or reduced lunches in school, make $10/hr or less or are a senuior citizen (62 years of age or older).
The SNAP advance team arrives on site about 8 a.m. The Mobile Clinic arrives about 8:45 a.m. Clients are served first-come first-served.
All dogs and cats should be restrained by a leash or in a carrier. Dogs and cats should not have food or water after 10 p.m. the night before surgery.
