KINGWOOD, Texas A student at Kingwood High School was arrested last week for allegedly taking pictures of female classmates as they used the restroom and changed clothes at school.
Darryl Keith Suber, Jr., 18, was arrested and charged with improper photography on January 26.
According to court documents, several female students at Kingwood High told school officials that Suber had come into the girls restroom with his cell phone, like he was trying to take photos or video of them.
School officials reviewed surveillance tapes and said they saw Suber going in and out of the girls restroom. When they called him to the principal s office, they said Suber gave them permission to look at his phone.
Administrators said they found images of several students using the restroom, as well as photos of girls changing clothes in the school locker room after swim practice.
They said they also found photos of women s underwear on the phone, which appeared to have been taken in one of the school locker rooms.
According to court documents, Suber told school officials that some of the girls pictured on his phone were students at Kingwood High School, and other photos came from the Internet.
School officials said they identified three of the girls and called them to the office, where at least one of them identified herself in the pictures.
That student also told officials she d seen Suber hanging around the girls locker room with his phone out.
Police said Suber was arrested under similar circumstances in September.
He was free on $2,500 bond Monday.
