HOUSTON A Harris County judge found himself on the other side of the law this week.
Frank Aguilar, a magistrate in probable cause court, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
He was released after posting bond.
If convicted, Aguilar could get up to a year in jail.
