HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating a crash involving at least two high-end vehicles along the Southwest Freeway.
The crash happened near Bellaire just before 6 a.m. Monday.
A Rolls-Royce Wraith crashed into the back of a McLaren 12C. A third vehicle, a Nissan sedan, was also caught up in the crash.
No injuries were reported, but all of the vehicles suffered serious damage and had to be towed from the scene.
Police are investigating who caused the crash; they say the drivers of the exotic cars knew each other.
The Rolls-Royce retails for about $300,000 new, and the McLaren sells for about $240,000.
