HOUSTON — The Hip Hop Museum is hitting the road and will be making a stop in Houston.
A touring exhibit showcasing "early hip hop artifacts from 1973-1990" will make its way to Houston on November 4. The exhibit will open at 11 a.m. at The Houston Event Venue, located at 5601 Navigation Boulevard.
Other stops on the tour include New York City, Georgia, Charlotte, Los Angeles, and Miami.
According to the museum, the exhibit will "tell the story of the pioneers who created and cultivated a sound that sent waves around the world."
