HOUSTON — Parents and students are still angry after several staff members were recently removed from Eastwood Academy High School.
They said they're not getting any answers from the Houston Independent School District.
The principal, teachers and counselors that were removed haven't been replaced.
On Monday night, HISD called a meeting with parents, and it was a packed house. While the media wasn't allowed inside, parents and students shared videos of the meeting.
They were frustrated and said they wanted answers from the district.
The district said the staff members were removed due to an investigation but the students and parents are worried because they haven't been replaced.
"They assured us those positions were filled. She (daughter) had a substitute teacher and they did nothing in class today," parent Miranda Gonzales said.
Seniors are concerned because their college applications are due on Wednesday and they don't have a counselor.

"We need qualified people to help us," senior Mackenzie Espinoza said.
At the meeting, students and parents said they didn't get anything from the district and were shut down when they demanded answers. They said they were left where they started -- frustrated.
"Coming here and getting no answers. Dismissive and disrespectful answers. Trying to shut down our voices," parent Zaphra Bell said.
They said a U.S. History teacher was also removed and the students in the class were left without a teacher and are learning nothing. They said it's a required class to graduate and is also part of the STAAR Test. The students are worried that they'll fall behind.
Rep. Sylvia Garcia tried to get inside for the meeting but was turned away.
The Houston Police Department said it's not investigating anything at the school. The HISD Police Department didn't respond to a request for more information.
