A woman was found dead in the parking lot of a barbecue restaurant on FM 1960.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A woman was found dead with a gunshot wound on FM 1960 in the Atascocita area Wednesday morning, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.

Constable Mark Hermann tweeted about the incident just after 6 a.m. The woman was found near a barbecue restaurant on Oak Timbers Drive.

EMS responded to the scene. No other details were provided.
