HOUSTON — A man has been charged with murder after beating a woman to death at a motel, according to court documents.
It happened Wednesday night at the Moonlight Inn on Airline Drive near Tidwell Road and the North Freeway.
According to court documents, Myron Strambler, 36, beat a woman with his hand. She was found dead at the motel.
Additional documents detail Strambler's criminal history, including a domestic violence case against the same victim in 2021, who was listed as his wife at the time.
Details on what led up to the fatal beating are unknown at this time. Strambler is set to appear in court on Thursday.
His bond was set at $250,000.
