VICTORIA, Texas — Authorities said a student was shot Monday at Victoria College.
The Victoria Police Department said it happened at the Continuing Education Center around 7 p.m.
The 30-year-old victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The shooter has not been found.
Police officers released students and employees building by building and escorted them to their vehicles.
Those who were on campus at the time were asked to remain indoors until authorities showed up to take them to their cars.
Classes on Tuesday were canceled.
