HOUSTON Police have released a sketch of a suspect wanted for the fatal shooting of a man in southwest Houston on Sunday.
Police said the victim, 26-year-old Marcus Mehundrew, was sitting in a garage at 7945 West Airport around 7:25 p.m. when the suspect approached and asked for drugs.
The suspect shot Mehundrew after he said he didn t have any, and then fled the scene on foot. Mehundrew tried to run down the driveway, but he collapsed. He died at the scene.
The suspect is described as about 20 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, green shorts and a white hat.
