Houston man kidnapped from Chick-fil-A and shot says ex-girlfriend's husband told him he had to die because he 'dishonored her'

According to Houston police, the woman lured the man she had an affair with to a Chick-fil-A where her husband, who was hiding in the vehicle's backseat, shot him.

HOUSTON — A Houston man who said he was kidnapped and shot by a woman he had an affair with and her husband is sharing his frightening story in an interview you'll see only on KHOU 11.  

Hana Ahmad Alolaimi, 35, and Omar Mahmoud Bishtawi, 48, are each charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault. 

The victim was shot and wounded Saturday night outside a Chick-fil-A on Westheimer Road near Fondren Road, according to the Houston Police Department

The man asked us not to use his name or show his face because he feared for his life.

The DoorDash delivery driver told us Alolaimi lured him there and he got into her vehicle but told her he was working and couldn't leave with her.

"Ella me hace señas que vayamos, entonces le digo que no , por el vidrio ... y le digo que ando haciendo Door Dash," the man told us in Spanish.

He said she was being friendly and didn't realize her husband was hiding in the backseat until it was too late.

"Your husband jumped out from under a curtain that was in the backseat of the vehicle, put the complaining witness in a chokehold then pressed a firearm against the complaining witness's head," the prosecutor said at Alolaimi's hearing. "The complaining witness tried to get away and your husband shot the complaining witness two times."

The 36-year-old victim showed KHOU 11 his bullet wounds, one in his thigh and the other in his right foot. He said he still can't feel anything below one knee.

"Tiro la manecilla de la puerta y gracias a dios abrio fue cuestion de segundos," he said.

The man managed to get away and call for help. 

He said he ended the affair with Alolaimi about three months ago when it turned toxic but she wouldn't leave him alone and she showed up at his new apartment. 

The victim said after he was kidnapped, Bishtawi told him he had to die because he'd dishonored his wife.

"Con su mano izquierda, me agarra asi y me dice: tu te burlaste de ella," the victim said.

Houston police said the suspects drove away and then called HPD and surrendered. They're telling different stories about what happened.

Bishtawi is being held on bonds totaling $200,000 while his wife's bonds were set at $150,000.
