HOUSTON – Houston Police hope the public can help identify two men wanted in a robbery and shooting at a north side pawn shop.

The crime happened Saturday at 181 West Dyna in the Greenspoint area.

Employees said they had just closed up and were heading to their cars after 6 p.m. when two men approached with guns. They forced the workers back inside, and the store owner was ordered to open the safe.

As the owner laid face down on the ground, one of the gunmen fired a warning shot before shooting the store owner in the back.

Both suspects then fled the scene in a black Nissan Altima, possibly 1990s model.

HPD described the suspects as black males between 16 and 19 years of age. One suspect is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, 155 pounds and wore a turquoise shirt and tan pants. The other suspect is about 5 feet 7 inches tall, 155 pounds and wore a blue coat and blue pants.

Anyone with information in this case or on the identities of the wanted suspects is urged to contact the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
