4 suspects on the run after shooting in north Harris County, Constable Herman says

Constable Mark Herman said his department was helping the Harris County Sheriff's Office search for the people responsible for the shooting.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A perimeter was set up Monday night in north Harris County as authorities searched for a group of people they said was responsible for a shooting.

Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said his department was helping the Harris County Sheriff's Office with the investigation.

Herman said the shooting happened along TC Jester Boulevard near FM 1960. He said a man was shot and was being evaluated by EMS at the scene.

According to a social media post from the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, four people ran from the scene -- one wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, another wearing a white hoodie, another wearing a red shirt and the other suspect wearing all black.

A perimeter was set up as authorities searched for the suspects and law enforcement asked people to avoid the area.
