HOUSTON - A man and woman have been arrested for allegedly stomping a child to death.
Alex Martinez Jr., 34, is being held without bond in the Harris County Jail and is facing a capital murder charge. The mother of the child, 20-year-old Samantha Herrera, has a $50,000 bond and is facing an injury to a child charge.
Details of the death have not been released by the Harris County Sheriff's Department.
