HPD: Man shot, killed after disturbance in southwest Houston apartment complex parking lot

Witnesses told police the victim, an adult man, had gotten into a disturbance with another adult man in the parking lot.

HOUSTON — A man is dead after some type of disturbance in the parking lot of a southwest Houston apartment complex Saturday night.

Houston police said this happened around 10 p.m. at a complex on Airport Boulevard between Gessner Road and McLain Boulevard.

Witnesses told police the victim, an adult man, had gotten into a disturbance with another adult man in the parking lot. Police said the disturbance escalated and the other man shot the victim multiple times. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The gunman ran off. HPD said they were reviewing surveillance video to develop a description of the suspect.
