HOUSTON – A man was shot and killed outside a Houston grocery store Saturday night, and police are investigating a possible motive.
Jorge Angel, 48, was shot multiple times outside a Fiesta on Airline and West Road around 8:45. Witnesses said the shooting followed a disturbance in the parking lot.
Witnesses saw a green sedan flee the scene.
Investigators have a person of interest in mind, but can't confirm if that suspect was the one who shot the victim. The shooting doesn't appear to be robbery related, investigators said.
