HOUSTON -- A man was arrested on felony theft charges after allegedly stealing merchandise from an Apple store in southwest Houston.
The incident happened on Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. at The Galleria located at 5085 Westheimer.
According to HPD, Shahab Amorallah-Majdabadi, 24, placed the merchandise in his pocket, exited the Apple Store without paying and was stopped by a loss prevention officer near the entrance. A fistfight ensued.
The suspect was arrested on the scene.
